Terms of Use
Car Flippers · Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms are between you and Zero Format Games ("we") and cover your use of Car Flippers. The licence terms of the store you downloaded it from also apply: Apple's Standard EULA or Google Play's Terms of Service. By playing, you agree to them.
The game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Car Flippers on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the game, or use it to break the law. All cars, brands and people in the game are fictional.
In-game currency and items
In-game cash and Chrome Bolts have no real-world value. They can't be exchanged for money, transferred or sold, and they're tied to your device's save. Items bought with real money are a licence to use them in the game, not property. Your save is stored on your device, so uninstalling the app or choosing New game removes cash and Chrome Bolts. Permanent upgrades and the Trade Account can be brought back with Restore purchases in the shop.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies and your local consumer rights. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Trade Account subscription
The Trade Account is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. You're charged through your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm. It renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the benefits until the end of the period you've paid for. Bolts already claimed stay yours.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or remove features, prices or content, and we may stop offering the game. We'll aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes. If you live in the UK or EU, you keep any rights to digital content that the law gives you.
Liability
The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer elsewhere, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
