I bought something but didn't get it

Open the shop (tap the 🔩 counter at the top) and tap Restore purchases. If that doesn't fix it, email us with the date of the purchase.

I got a new phone

Install Car Flippers, open the shop and tap Restore purchases. Permanent upgrades and the Trade Account come back. Your garage progress, cash and Chrome Bolts are saved on your old device and don't transfer.

Cancel the Trade Account

On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Car Flippers. On Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Car Flippers.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple or Google Play.
